As a surf instructor from Milan, I sought a family-friendly hotel close to the airport and stumbled upon Residencial Santo Antonio in Santa Cruz. Arriving late, we appreciated the staff's accommodation, even if it led to a different room setup. The room provided a lovely balcony overlooking the area, ideal for watching airplanes with my family- a unique and exciting experience that even my picky toddler found intriguing!Our stay was enhanced by the convenient location and close proximity to the beach, perfect for leisurely walks with our youngest one, who is just under 2 years old. Despite minor inconveniences like parking constraints and distant breakfast arrangements, we managed to navigate them and still enjoy our short stay before our flight. The hotel's ambiance, though calm, was slightly noisy due to its central location, but the overall comfort offset this drawback.Residencial Santo Antonio offers a reasonable deal, especially for families requiring proximity to the airport. While improvements could be made, the inclusive atmosphere and family-friendly amenities make it a suitable choice for those seeking a simple yet welcoming stay.
